We may receive limited transaction information, such as the payment status, transaction reference, billing details, card type or final digits of the card. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. General enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after our last communication. Customer and course administration records are normally kept for up to 2 years after the customer relationship ends. Lesson recordings are retained for the stated course-access period and deleted within 30 days after that access ends. Marketing information is retained until the individual unsubscribes or withdraws consent, although limited suppression records may be retained to ensure that no further marketing is sent. Website analytics information is retained in accordance with our analytics provider’s retention settings. Payment, invoice and tax records are retained for at least 5 years after the relevant 31 January Self Assessment submission deadline, or longer where required by law.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. 11. LIVE LESSON RECORDINGS
Some live online lessons may be recorded so that enrolled learners can access a replay. Participants will be informed before recording begins. Recordings may capture participants’ display names, voices, images and contributions during the lesson. Access is limited to authorised learners and recordings are not made publicly available. If you do not wish your image or voice to be recorded, please contact us before the lesson so that available participation options can be discussed. Recordings are retained for the stated course-access period and deleted within 30 days after that access ends.
